Exchange & Return Policy:

  1. Courier Returns (RTO)
    Exchange & Return Policy- Orders marked as undelivered or RTO (Return to Origin) due to the following reasons will be returned to our warehouse:
      - Unserviceable pincode
      - COD amount not ready
      - Customer not contactable
      - Incomplete or incorrect address
      - Customer refused delivery
      - Poor weather conditions
      - Door/premises/office closed
      - Self-pickup or future delivery requested by customer
  2. - Returned orders are stored for 100 days from the date of return.
  3. - You may request re-shipping to a new address within this period.- No refunds will be issued for RTOs due to unserviceable pincodes after order placement.
    2. Customer Returns-
    Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  4. - Required proof includes:
      - Unboxing video
      - Clear images of the defective product
      - Images of the original packaging
  5. - Returns due to incorrect size selection or customer preference are accepted at the customer's expense. A new order must be placed.
  6. - If an item is lost in transit, a refund will be issued once the courier confirms the loss.
    3. Exchanges-
    ''Exchanges for size issues are accepted only if the delivered product does not match the size chart provided. Customers must share clear images with measurements for verification.
  7. If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, a new order must be placed at their expense.”
      - Wrong product received- Free exchange is offered for same-value replacements.
  8. Reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
  9. - For higher-value exchanges, the price difference must be paid online.
  10. - Returned products must:
      - Have the original sticker label attached
      - Be folded properly
      - Be securely packed to avoid damage in transit- Exchanges will not be processed if these conditions are not met.

    4. Refunds-
    Refunds are only processed for genuine cases of defective or damaged deliveries.
  11. - Proof (unboxing video and images) is mandatory for refund eligibility.
  12. - No refunds will be issued for:
      - Customer preference-based returns
      - Unverified or unsupported claims

    5. Printing & Color Disclaimer-
    Products are printed using CMYK process colors.
  13. Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to screen-to-print variations.- For precise color expectations, we recommend ordering test swatches before placing bulk or custom orders.
    6. Additional Notes-
  14. For size-related issues, provide product images along with clear measurements.
  15. - Customers are advised to unbox packages carefully. Damage caused by scissors or sharp objects during unboxing is not eligible for return or refund.
    - If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please mention this in the courier's delivery remarks to
    support any future claims.
